Catch up!

Not only have I felt so overwhelmed with life, the end of the school year kept going and going.  There was never a time to sit.  When I thought we had made it, there was always something else we needed to do.  So we will play catch up today and hopefully I can get a little more consistent through the summer and if not, I just might close this blog up for good!!

The girls finished up their volleyball season with a bang!  They improved so much and I loved seeing them learn how to be on a team.  I wish I had action shots but that's kind of hard to do when you're coaching!!

John & Benny went on their first Father and Sons outing.  John said it couldn't have gone better.  Benny was a champ but what do you expect when you give a little kid freedom to do whatever they want to do??!!  Lucy and Sadie finished up their preschool year with their Spring Sing program at Miss Ritas.  We're going to miss Miss Rita so much.  Lucy has grown leaps and bounds this year and is ready for kinder.  She's reading all sorts of books and wants to move to chapter books but I can't convince her those are a bit too advanced still.

The girls had their field day and Benny, Lucy, Bo, and I thought it would be a good idea to watch.  Then I got there and realized it wasn't such a great idea and sweated through the whole thing. We loved Cam's teacher Mrs. Long but I didn't bother getting a picture with Kendyl's teacher because she kind of struggled through the whole year - which caused Kendyl to have nightmares about her.  Ya, it was that bad.

Bo had his first guitar lesson with Dad...

And the girls powertapped their way into victory at Nationals in Utah.  It was a fun filled month and I'm glad we're finally into June!!  Whew!
